All Smart Online applications are operated from a secure environment with integrated security measures that protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Smart Online uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your data and provide security during transmissions of sensitive financial data.

Access to user information is limited to senior technical, accounting, and administrative employees, who use a secure ID and passcode to obtain access to user data on an as-needed basis for technical maintenance or exception- handling purposes.

Customer support representatives are prevented from viewing credit card account numbers used in purchases made through the Smart Online site. Further, customer support representatives do not have access to the passwords of Smart Online users.

* Your documents will be stored indefinitely provided you are an active user and log on at least once every 60 days.
